Conference Fees
Fees
The standard participation fee is 750 € (incl. 19 % German VAT), this covers:
- full conference documentation,
- beverages and snacks during the event,
- two lunches,
- the evening dinner event May 26.
A group discount of 10% is offered in the case of a joint reservation for three (or more) participants from one organisation.
University teaching and research staff will be admitted for a reduced fee of 550 €, students 280 € (student participants will please bring proper documentation of their student status, the number of university discount admittances is restricted).
There is a
special conference rate available at the Eden Hotel Wolff for the participants
of the HUMAV 2011:
Single
room only 129 € per night including breakfast.
